Your buyer is already out there... today, actively looking for the right house.  We only have one chance to make a first impression.  Pricing is an important factor in that first impression.  Tom is a state certified appraiser and will employ accepted appraisal methodologies to determine the true market value of your property, including estimated marketing times to sell, and list to sale price ratios (to determine negotiation room), etc.
