We determine Location (where you want to live, school district, etc.), size, price points, etc. We will search the MLS database together, viewing all property matches, viewing interior photos, arael photographs, and even research past sales history. Tax records alone may tell us the seller's financial stake and motivation in the transaction.
Before we submit an offer, we first determine the market value. Tom is a state certified appraiser, and will employ accepted appraisal methodologies to determine the market value. "You will not overpay for a home when you're working with us!"
